The island is unprepared for another storm as many of the protective dunes (some more protective than others) are gone...A lot of expensive refurbishing needs to be done to ensure that lives are not endangered and the surviving structures are not left exposed to next tropical storm, etc. To address this situation, 3 high-profile working groups have banded together to create ELBOW CAY RESTORATION FUND....
