Not only do people who rent boats disregard the basic rules of lights at night and watch your wake, they seem to forget that driving a boat and drinking do not mix. "If you drink and drive a boat the rum won't be the only thing on the rocks!" Further, everytime someone calls BASRA on the VHF for help it not only affects the persons in trouble but all those who go to help and little do you know that entire communities are listening to you. So remember when boating BE SMART BE SAFE!
