WHERE TO STAY FOR A MONTH?!?!?

Would appreciate any info. My husband, 10 year old son and I are planning to go to Abaco for a month next year. We have one week reserved on Elbow Cay - Frans Fancy. Have a potential house in Marsh Harbor - Is that a nice place to vacation. Are 2 weeks in Marsh Harbor and 2 weeks in Elbow Cay a good plan or is Green Turtle to die for.... Also any suggestions for packing food coming all the way from CA????
