John's response is right, it is a big liability to own a large property and assuming that it will "carry itself".It does not..... Why not looking into buying something more moderate? Come down again and look around There are many cozy places around. And many opportunities to rent for a lot less than you have been spending. I can help you with several places to inqyire.C.
