We want the kids to enjoy snorkeling, which is why we are making the rather difficult trek to Abacos rather than the beautiful Gulf of Mexico about five-hours drive from here. But we live on the banks of the Mississippi River, so we don't want them to go overboard with the snorkeling thing!
