Thanks for your concern, leaving the water, and trying to post a query. Hopefully the kitty puss will be there and respond to you. If you see Catnapzzzz, a catamaran, I believe, maybe they will take Sylvester in to the spay/neuter clinic. If you do catch him/her, a call to them on l6 will guide you in the right direction.
