I used C.I.B.C in Marsh Harbor the contact person there is Derrick Benjamin. Interest rates are prime plus two, and the most years they will give you to pay on your loan is 10. The loan also is a floating adjustable loan so pray interest rates stay down. Bahamian attorney fees are also very expensive so find out what their cost are before you get to deep in you deal. Expect also at least 90 days to close. Good luck
