Boating from Guana to Green Turtle

Can anyone out there tell me if it is difficult to boat from Guana to Green Turtle? We will be staying on Guana in April and renting a 21' boat. We have never gone down to Green Turtle and it just looks like there might be some pretty beaches and places to explore? Is it worth making the trip and how long does it take from Guana?
