I've lived in Tampa since 1988(I'm from Abaco). My family and I like Tampa very much. We live in the South Tampa area which is very desirable. Hubby works at Tampa General Hospital and it takes him about 5 minutes to get to work. Traffic is bad in some areas, just depends on where you are. We have passes to the local theme park, zoo and aquarium and use them frequently. We are actually moving from South Tampa to Brandon in the next 2 weeks but plan on staying in this area permanently(unless ofcourse we move back to Abaco one day). It's so funny how some people can look at an area in such a negative way and others have a completely different view.
