Which of these houses to choose?

I am a first timer to the Abacos. I prefer to rent houses/villas
as opposed to resorts. I am looking for a rental that is on the
beach and has terrific views from the house. My priority is to
sit on the beach and swim and read. Would like as much privacy as possible.
Only two people going. Sort of looking for that living on the beach
in a hut feeling. Budget is open. I have located three houses on the net
that look good. If anyone has stayed at or knows anything about any of these houses I would really appreciate some input. Houses are Elephant House on
Great Guana Cay, SandPiper on Green Turtle Cay and Rental D. also on Green
Turtle Cay. Also open to suggestions. Many thanks--Assistance Appreciated.
