We stayed at the "Elephant Beach" cottage last summer, and it you want simplicity, it would meet your needs. Gorgeous views, relative privacy, but an easy walk to the settlement or Nippers. Also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. They had their own stairway down to the beach, but I'm not sure if that survived Floyd.
