No slur was intended against Floridians in general. The vandal who caused so much of the trouble on this Board in past months
is a resident of Florida and my reference to "deranged" was based on that
fact. Please accept my apologies if you interpreted my comment as being
derogatory to Floridians in general. This was not intended. Justin
