Thank you for the postings about your party at the Dolphin. All is well since you had your party. I am in the States on a buying trip for the resort. If you see Roxy, tell her I never got the chance to have that conversation (she'll know what I mean). We are putting in a "hard phone line" in the next week. Then you will be able to e-mail us. I just finished the beautiful new brochure and our web-site will have a new look soon - complete with a newsy page that changes. Travel Holiday magazine is doing a big story on Dolphin for the September 2000 issue - they were at the Dolphin with photographers and assistants, the writer last week. It was fun and it was exhausting. Chef Cool will be prominently shown - they loved his food and his hat. More later.
