solutions: 1. how about some local law enforcement officers spend some time at nippers on a sunday
2. how about some good old bar bouncers to keep law and order
3. how about writing some citations and heavy fines for operating a boat while under the influence of alcohol. in closing, what gives the minority of tourists the right to go to another country and act like jerks just because they're on vacation. do they act the same when they go out in their home towns? i've been to nippers and i did not enjoy a couple having sex in the pool (during the week, so it's not just sundays). bubbas, please grow up and act like you've got some sense.
