Do you eat lobster, crab, or shrimp?? It's hard to imagine you finding that the cleaning process for conch is more disturbing than the prep process (or consumption process for that matter) for conch. Different strokes and all that. I was looking for something new and I have to say that I have never pulled fresh conch from it's shell and cooked it before. Sounds good to me.
