Great instructions, right on! OK here's another TRIVIAL PURSUIT question. After you extract the conch meat out by prodding it with a sharp knife or whatever, what is the long, thin, anatomical part which you can eat which is supposedly an aphrodisiac?? When I stayed at the Guana Seaside Village Resort, and snorkeled for conch by the docks, I brought up several. Glenn, the manager there, showed me how to prod the meat out of the shells, and we both ate this part. For you Conch Experts out there, what is the answer????? P.S.- You're not allowed to ask the audience or make a phone call. Waiting for your answer. Robert
