You might luck out and find someone who happens to be going from Abaco to Nassau on a private vessel, and catch a ride with them.

Otherwise, regular flights leave from Marsh Harbour and Treasure Cay (and maybe other places, but I'm not sure). I'm not sure how often the flights go, but contact Bahamasair.
