Thanks for the information. Another outfit I found quoted $1500+ departure
and arrival taxes of ~$35 per person. That was Bimini Island Airways for a
6-seater executive charter - A Cessna 402 configured a bit more luxuriously
than the normal charter outfits. They can be found at (954) 938-8991 or
