My wife and I stayed at Horizons (Owned by Dave and Phobe Gale of Island Marine) for the first two weeks of September and had a glorious time! I assume this is the same place you are thinking about. It is right on the Atlantic located about one block north of town, within easy walking distance from the stores in Hopetown. We upgraded the boat that comes with the house to a 23' albury which was great.

THe house was perfect for us. Although there are two bedrooms, my wife and I stayed there by ourselves. Steve, the son of the Gales, lives in an apartment below, but did not bother us at all. It was just as if we had the house to ourselves. THe onbly negative thing I can say is that there are mosquitos in the entrance to the house, obviously from the swamp along the driveway. You just need to run through the area and chances are you won't get bitten!
