I just ate three out of four nights at the Island Boil rest. up towards TC airport. There is a free shuttle from in front of the TC Real Estate Office (where the taxis hang out).
Great basic food, cracked lobster for $14, cracked conch, grouper, peas & rice, etc. Dinners run from about $10-14. Service good, place clean and friendly.

Spinnaker seems overpriced for the quality.

On Sunday night, at about 7 pm, go to the GTC ferry dock. The restaurant there gets the BBQ going, plays some music, and you can have a good feed and lots of beer. Only downside, mosquitoes at dusk.
