These are 5 "villas" located on a small point of land just about opposite the Jib room & marina in Marsh. (There is a website for villas). Located on a small, "private" beach on Bay of Abaco, gentle waves unless a storm, with a dock in the rear for rental boats - shallow draft at low tide. 3 mins. walk to Mermaid reef. Villas are simple and sometimes in need of a bit of repair (screens and such - small stuff). Full kitchen w/ microwave & all cooking needs. A.C. L.R. with TV & phone (shared party line). Sleeps up to 6 w. 2 B.R. with 2 baths, pull out couch. Tropical style furnishings, no "maid service" , but nice manager is on permisis or can be easily reached. Someone will come in and tidy up, but it's basically "your place". These are not glamorous, and landscaping is Spartain, but we come for the beach location, great views of Bay & you can fall right from porch onto hammocks or into the water. They are close to town, but feel secluded because they are on a tiny, dead end road. We have never experienced annoying tenants nearbye. It's about a mile's walk to get to "Abaco Towns by the sea" or a $5.00 cab ride to restaurants or ferry. We returned yearly, and even though we keep saying we'll try someplace new (just to see what it would be like) -we keep coming back to the villas! They are convenient, homey, and we like the location.
