Anchor White Sound vs Settlement Harbour

Will be looking to anchor at Green Turtle and was looking with someone with firsthand knowledge of anchoring in White Sound or in front of Government Dock at Settlement Harbour. Will be aboard a Mainship 35' trawler drawing 3 1/2 feet. Will listen for weather reports as usual, but have never anchored in either and am looking for the best place to ride the hook for the night. A great alternative would be to pick up a mooring ball, but cannot find info on being able to pick up a mooring bouy in that area. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Roy
