Just returned from 2 weeks a Fran's Fancy. Great place. Dock with gazebo, centeral air, golf cart extra but worth it. Watch the shallow water and sharks at night. You will have no problem and could not find a nicer more well kept home.
As to Marsh Habour, be sure to stay on the Eastern Shore. Lots of nice homes.

Be sure and rent a boat cay hopping is what it's all about. When you have a boat you can see what other places have to offer.

Fly to Marsh Harbour from Fla. Got stuck in Nassau airport for 6 hours. Worst part of trip. Good luck, have fun Bob
