Captain Jacks Closed?

Saw on the board that Captain Jacks is closed. Maybe just for the day ? We will be there from New Mexico Sept 24th and I have been telling all of my guests about the great atmosphere and food at Captain Jacks. Tell me they are now closed down for good. Would appreciate any info.
