you got it right the only way would be to take a taxi to the GTC boat dock. its about 5-10min from Treasure Cay Airport. the Taxi fare is about $60 (this is 2nd hand info. are planning a day trip or are you going to stay on GTC for a few days? if you do stay you might want to talk to some folks at MH to see if one of the locals can give you a ride. someone usually is going.
