Go way up to the top of the main page and there is a link to FALL CLOSINGS--under it it says Cap'n Jacks is closed from August something until ? in Sept.
So NO they are not closed for good, just the usual fall break, which nearly all the restaurants take.
If you are going the last weekend, I would say a fair chance they will have opened back up by then. Depends on attitude of who's in charge, the weather, the number of tourists, etc etc.

Justin may have a better idea now when they plan on reopening.
