I can not believe this. We have made our 4th trip this year and are seriously considering buying a condo at Treasure Cay. Next to Banyan Beach Club called Bahamas Beach Club.Approx. 1700 sq.ft.place for 300k.Am interested in feedback regarding rental capabilities,hassles , anything that will help us make an informed decision.It has gotten to the point that we are crazy to pay 375, per night for the house we use when we can own and possibly pay the mortgage payments by renting the place.Help, please.
