I would be very intertested in renting a sportfishing boat in
31'-38' size range equipped with diesel power and generator. There
is only one boat of this type that I know of and it has twin gas
engines which would make it prohibitive to operate. I would love to be in a partnership
with a few responsible guys on a boat like this.

My wife and I have thought of the cottage route, but there are plenty for
rent. There doesn't seem to be any advantage of owning a cottage especially
since the bargin price days are over.

If you wanted to explore the next frontier in the Abacos or other Out Islands
buying land might be worth doing however.
