cover your condo dues, utilities and property taxes and a small amount of your
mortgage. If you advertise the property yourself in the US you can increase your
rentals. $375 a night sounds high for the Abacos. check the rentals available
in the classified secton of Islands and Yaching magazine. Homeownership in
the Abacos is great but probably more expensive than most people plan for.
