Some good advice below as always.

One thing to consider is that land will almost always appreciate in value
but a boat will (quite swiftly) do exactly the opposite. If you have already
purchased your land - hold on to it and try the boating option if you want.
You can always change your mind down the road. If you sell the land now you
will be at the mercy of the market if you change your mind.

Land prices in Abaco have only been going in one direction...upwards...
and the baby boomer retirement era will no doubt continue this trend.
