Dive Abaco in Marsh Harbour does a good job. They have advertisements in most US dive magazines with an E-Mail address. They are also on this web site.
Some of the best diving in Abaco is about 6 miles south of Lubbers at a place called Sandy Cay. Lots of fish, coral, rays, turtles, and the occasional shark if your lucky. If you rent a boat and tanks you can go on your own. Depths are less than 30'-0 (10 meters). Easy to find with the mouring bouys. Any questions, feel free to post or E-mail.
