Elbow Cay Report - "Utter Devastation."

Chris Pruitt, BASRA coordinator on Elbow Cay (Hopetown) reported to Dick, WA4JID, via radio that Hopetown was "utter devastation." He reported roofs gone, boats ashore, etc. Nothing we didn't expect. He said the windows were blown out of his offices. He is out now trying to see if his home survived. Many trees gone, etc.
