Boat rental advice for 3+ people!

Ok, now I'm thoroughly confused and wondering if we'll even be able to boat on our trip.
We will have 3 adults and two small kids. Sounds like the twin hull boat would be good...
but are there any boats that will accomodate us and be a smooth enough ride for the kids and
be affordable for a few days rental and be in good shape? We're staying in TC.
