I just got off the phone with someone from this organisation. They need an official e-mail requesting specific items (plywood, felt, nails, etc.) The request must contain quantities for them to process the request. (The job isn't done 'til the paper... etc. etc. ) I'm happy to do it if you could fill in the blanks.
