As someone who went thru hurricane Andrew 7 years ago I can tell you first hand that is very important to get some stability back for the children. This experience will not leave them. School is a good place to start. The schools in Dade County provided therapists for some of the children. I'm an adult and my stomache was churning monday. We all were preparing for the worst. Remember, things can be replaced. The people, especially the children, are what is important.
