No, you're not too late. I'm a first timer to all of this, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!! I mean, ANYONE can take a vacation and stay in a hotel or motel....this is DIFFERENT. But, we are going over Easter, not in December. We're staying at a private cottage, renting a boat (absolutely necessary, plus for exploration), and we too, will be taking the majority of our food. (we love to cook/grill/bar-b-q) Dry goods, etc., yes...pack in a suitcase...I totally agree.... And yes, overpacking? No, we learned a long time ago with our boat....you're in your suit all day, and not much at night....so pack lightly. And yup, a container of laundry soap'll do it.....save the money for the veggies and baked goods, I agree...... Thanks alot.....everyone's been so helpful. We've planned this 10 year anniversary vacation for a year, now, and I just want it to be wonderful!!!!
