I've had lots of experiences with coolers (my last name!)transporting food to the Abacos, and my favorite choices are the zippered coolers (preferably with wheels), and once I froze everything in advance, put it in a yard-sale suitcase, and it was fine when I unpacked it 12 hours later. Then I just left the $5 suitcase with some Bahamians.
