Great Guana Cay Trip Report

We just returned from a wonderful week in Great Guana Cay. It was the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Stayed at Guana Beach Resort. Their little cove provides the BEST sunsets and good snorkleing. The food was excellent- much better than what we expected. While the Guana Grabber is a great drink, the Ease the Tension drink that Casey makes is even better. For most part of the week, we were the only guest, but a lot of people dock their boats and come for lunch/dinner. Nippers was fun-great view of the ocean. The only disappoinments were the bugs-definately need repellent even in Nov. And the Atlantic side, while it is expansive, it was very dirty with trash. Also, it was too strong to snorkel. All in all, it's a great island with friendly people. Met a great guy, Frank Lott, who had many interesting stories.
