The Pilot Club of Abaco is a charitable organisation that has been actively involved in the local communities since it received its charter in May 1997. The Club renders assistance to local persons in need while developing lasting friendships.

The Pilot Club of Abaco's junior branch, the Anchor Club, held an installation exercise at Touch of Class, Treasure Cay, on 15th January. Speaker on the occasion was Mr Don Cornish, Ministry of Tourism Office Manager for Abaco. He admonished the young people present to take all opportunities for spiritual, social and educational furtherment so they could better perform as Anchor members serving their homes, schools, communities, country and - in time - the world.
