PASSINGS...
LaTHERIO LAURIN JOHNSON
Funeral services for LaTherio Laurin Johnson, age four months, were held at St John
the Baptist Anglican Church, Marsh Harbour, on Saturday 27th May. Officiating was
Rev Hugh Chapman, assisted by Catechist Modesta Smith. Interment was in Dundas Town
Public Cemetery.
Left to cherish his memories are his father, Ricardo Johnson; mother, Latrisha Burrows;
grandmothers Geneva Strachan, Lorraine Burrows and Gertrude Johnson; great-grandmothers
Bathsheba Clarke and Evelyn Burrows; eighteen aunts; seven uncles and a host of other relatives.
EUPHEMIA HARRIET STRATTON
Funeral services for Euphemia Harriet Stratton were held at Bible Truth Hall, Marsh
Harbour, on 27th May. Officiating was Bro Byron Crosby, assisted by Bro Bobby Higgs,
Bro Robbie Higgs, Donald and Gregory Roberts. Interment was in Marsh Harbour Public
Cemetery.
Mrs Stratton is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert Lucien Stratton;
daughters Amarylis Key and Astrid Stratton; grandsons Randy Key, Al Key and Ian Stratton;
granddaughters Liann Key Kaighin and April Hewitt; four great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
CAROLINE DAVIS
Funeral services for Caroline "Aunt Carie" Davis, 87, were held at Greater Baptist
Church, Mores Island, on 3rd June. Officiating was Rev Hayward Swain, assisted by
Pastor Nixon Simms. Interment followed in Mores Island Public Cemetery.
Left to cherish her memories are three sons, Ervin, Harry and Phillip Davis; one daughter,
Remilda Cornish; twenty-one grandchildren; forty-six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren;
and a host of other relatives.
