ROYAL PALM FRONDS
by Betsy Bracey

The days warm by leaps and even the sea temperature seems to be heralding
spring, not quite warm yet but ever so much better than a month ago. Our
flowering shrubs have put forth early spring blossoms and although we lost
trees and plantings those that survived their salt water drenching are
looking very green and healthy.

We do intend to do some planting replacement in future but our immediate
priority is,understandably, to have all 43 homeowners settled into their
renovated condominiums. Some units will have been completed as you read
this and the remainder will follow as soon as possible but that's not to say
we haven't got a long way to go. We must also complete the not so serious
upper unit bits and pieces and put four swimming pools, two tennis courts,
Cable TV and our extensive docks and piers back into full service.

We will continue to comment on our progress and in the interim hope to see
all of you here as you are in receipt of your Certificate of Completion. We
are grateful to all the men and women who are diligent in their efforts to
restore our beautiful area to an even more lovely complex than before.
Thank you.
