Treasure Cay Limited is in negotiation regarding the old hotel site and possibility construction of a new hotel. While no agreement has been signed, several negotiations have resulted in verbal agreements in principle.
We are moving in the right direction; however, the complexity of such a large development needs careful and professional planning at all levels such as financing, construction, marketing and management. Until all the areas are tied down there is no way of knowing what the outcome may be.
While we are cautiously optimistic and from past experiences, we believe that this statement is to be clearly understood as information to the real status of negotiation and further details will be forthcoming as progress is made. Be patient and you will be the first to know the real facts.
