The16 condos at Royal Poinciana are located right on world ranked Treasure Cay beach.
The three buildings are situated on 3 acres of expansive lawns and tropical gardens. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath upper units as well as the 2 bedroom, 2 bath lower units all have wide balconies or patios on the ocean side. The grounds also hold a large free-form swimming pool and a tennis court.

The snow white, sugar fine sand and turquoise water provide a "burst into
tears" view whether you are enjoying the water, sitting on the patio looking
through palms fronds or witnessing sunsets. Like the rest of Treasure
Cay, our home owners are Bahamian and as well as from overseas and
all are very friendly. Some of our home owners rent their units and these
represent some of the finest rental property available in Treasure Cay.

The beach and the nearby Dick Wilson designed 18 hole golf course seem to be
our own private reserve due to the absence of nearby high density hotel properties and the resultant overcrowding.
