The Tropical Fruit and Garden Society of Abaco held its April meeting at Parrot Point, Sugar Loaf Cay, the home of Joe and Donna Kern. The speaker was Gene Joyner of the University of Florida Cooperative Extension Service and the subject was pruning.
Gene Joyner showed members the correct method of pruning a variety of ornamental and fruit trees in order to make the trees more handsome and more productive.
