ROYAL PALM FRONDS
By Betsy Bracey

Hard to believe that April is half over and spring in full swing. We still have many owners in residence and tourists abound!ÊOur weather has been wonderful with only a couple of cool days during the past month. On Palm Sunday we were blessed with the best water day of 2003.ÊIt was so flat that one could see eel grass at 40 feet. The diving was incredible and even novice snorkelers were able to dive the outer reefs.ÊIt was a day to remember and we were especially lucky to be able to share it with our daughter who is visiting from Wyoming and who learned to dive as a little girl on that very reef.

Although some homeowners have left, there are still hundreds here with many planning to stay until early May. Next Sunday the village will parade in the Sand Bank Yacht Club annual Easter event with prizes awarded for the most creative Golf Cart dŽcor.ÊÊ

Directors Jerry Hill and Diane Gerlach are in town as are the families Firstbrook, McAllister, Gregory, Schiffmacher, Latour, Actis-Grande, Blair, Gedon, Zumbrennen, and Cosman.

For those who missed the AGM in March please remember to pick up your copy of the 2003 edition of the Royal Palm Rules and Regulations ÔBlue BookÕ at the office when your register your arrival.
