NEW TREASURE CAY LTD ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
Big improvements are taking place between the Shopping Centre and The
Harbour Houses. What was once the electrician's shop is now being turned
into a new administration building and hotel reception area. According to
Everett Pinder, the building should be ready for occupancy by the end of
April.
The section of the Harbour Houses to the west are being completely
renovated inside and out. This section has 24 units consisting of eight
suites and sixteen rooms. These will be part of the hotel complex. The
exteriors of all of the other units are being repainted.
