TOP STOCK MARKET NEWSLETTER CHOOSES ABACO WEB MANAGER

The Editor of the top ranked U.S. stock market investment news letter, The
Pure Fundamentalist, has announced the selection of Abaco's Out Island Internet
(oii.net) as the web manager for the newsletter's Internet Site,
ThePureFundamentalist.com. The newsletter's offices are in Chicago.

The Editor, Leigh Gignilliat, noted that he has a second home at Treasure
Cay. During his stay a year ago, Abacom in Marsh Harbour was instrumental in
helping him learn to use the internet to stay in contact with his Chicago office.
This year he took advantage of his time away from the daily office distractions to
work with oii.net in learning the details of web site design and the techniques
used in keeping a site current. "With the internet I can stay in touch with
oii.net and our WebMaster here just as easily as I can with a WebMaster in
Chicago. When I return to Abaco in the Fall, I'll have new Internet ideas to
work out with oii.net in the relaxed atmosphere here on Abaco."

Oii.net's Internet Consultant, Sinclair Frederick, is especially pleased with
this development. "This represents exactly one of the opportunities we have
here on Abaco. Many of our visitors are business decision makers and top
executives, and everyone is interested in the Internet. We can help them here
while they have time to learn and explore the Internet and its possibilities
