MICHEL DAWSON
Funeral services
for Michel Dawson of Marsh Harbour, 66, formerly of Port au Prince, were held on
28th September at Our Lady's Catholic Church, Nassau, with Fr Augustine Pierre
Dorvil officiating. Burial was in Southern Cemetery, Nassau.
Michel
Dawson is survived by his wife Fina Anafolis; four sons, Pharius, Kerry, Jeanty
and Belony Pacouloute; three daughters, Marie Carmene, Simmon and Lamantine
Pacouloute; and many other relatives and friends.
DON BARNES
Long
time resident of Abaco Don Barnes, 72, died peacefully in Wood Cay on 22nd
September. A memorial was held for friends on 28th September at his Pelican
Shores home. Mr Barnes was a noted painter and seaman who contributed much to
the island's welfare.
Canadian Don Barnes is survived by two daughters,
Susan and Nancy; one son, Donald; sister Geri Adam; and special friend Evelyn
Wilson of Marsh Harbour.
