ROYAL PALM FRONDS

Dear Owners - Please know that some directors are on hand. Most lower units have been
flooded. Most upper are OK or minimally damaged by rain. We have no electricity,
water or communication (as of 19/9) and none expected in the near future.
Insurance adjusters are on site. As we get insurance information we will attempt to
get it out to you through Stateside directors: Stanley Cairus (904) 285-4675 and
Joseph Calihan (412) 963-7436.
Severe damage occurred to many homes on the Windward Beach. Woody and I lost our home
and are living at Royal Palm. We are doing the best we can.
