| Perched on the side of a gently rising hill overlooking
Black Sound Harbour, Roberts Cottages are just a short walk from Green
Turtle's deserted beaches and the brightly painted downtown area. Our fully
equipped 1 & 2 bedroom cottages are spacious and fully air conditioned,
with full kitchens and breeze-swept porches. With convenient couches in
the living room, our 1 bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates 4 adults,
while our 2 bedroom cottages will provide cozy accommodations for 6. |

| The Cottages' Dock |
| Located in Black Sound, Roberts Dock offers secure,
private dockage for boats up to 65' LOA, with either long- or short-term
storage also available. The dock is supplied with 30/50 amp, 110/220 volt
electrical service.

| The Apartments |
| Centrally located in "downtown" New
Plymouth, our modern efficiency apartments are fully equipped, comfortably
furnished, and offer air-conditioning, a microwave and refrigerator. Dockage
is also available for small boats.
